Results may vary depending on the individual. Some people will see noticeable results in the first 1-3 months, whilst others may take longer to see real progress. This often depends on which phase of the hair growth cycle your hair is in when you first start treatment. Consistency is key. 

The consistency of our products may change due to extreme heat and/or cold weather. Kreyol Lily has no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted or frozen products.

Please note when switching from chemical products to all natural products irritation, redness or burning can occur. While it is uncommon, we recommend doing a patch test before fully introducing your hair and skin to a new product. If signs of irritation occur, stop using the product immediately. We are not responsible for allergic reactions and/or damages. 

When using products on children, if you are uncertain about possible sensitivity, always do a patch test before use or consult a medical professional.

These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease such as Alopecia. 

Kreyol Lily products may appear inconsistent in color due to using natural ingredients. No dye added. Our handmade products are made with consistent formulas and ingredients.
